Size Guide
Getting the right fit matters — especially for flame-resistant and safety gear that needs to perform. Use the guidance below to find your size. When in doubt, size up for layering or a relaxed fit.
How to Measure
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle.
- Sleeve: Measure from the center of your back, across the shoulder, and down to your wrist.

Work Boots
Our boots generally fit true to size. If you wear thick or safety socks, consider going up a half size. For wide feet, look for styles marked “Wide (W)” in the product options.
Fit Tips for FR Clothing
Flame-resistant garments are designed to be worn with a slightly relaxed fit for comfort, mobility, and proper protection. Avoid a tight fit — FR clothing performs best with a small amount of air space between the fabric and your skin.
