At Lahori Pro, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re unhappy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt.
Returns
01: Eligibility:
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Certain items may be final sale and are not eligible for return.
02: How to Initiate a Return:
Please email our customer service at lahoripro.workwear@gmail.com
with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will send you a return authorization, instructions, and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
03: Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days if approved.
04: Exchanges:
We currently do not process direct exchanges. For an exchange, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
